The design for project kind product includes two phases: the first one is to define style, color, material and specification; the second one is to submit the design for approval. The key points of the second phase are to remeasure the kitchen which meets the remeasurement requirements, to keep measuring accuracy and to analyze kitchen data.

Vanke Centre, the flagship project of Vanke, is located at the borderline of Mainland China and Hongkong with an area of 61,700 square meters. It is designed by Steven Holl Architects. Vanke Centre is a building complex including office spaces, apartments and a hotel. And Vanke Centre will be the demonstration project on energy saving and green building. It is aimed at LEED Platinum and National Luban Award.
For Vanke project, TIVOLI made a thorough study and analysis on the complex working procedures and hundreds of nodes; meanwhile, TIVOLI rigorously controlled each working procedure and every detail. We assigned project leader and set up refined decoration standardization system; moreover, we made an exact budget and cotrolled cost sternly.
